The Strategise, Innovate and Execute Programme consists of six 2hr modules:

1. Re-emergence Strategy
2. Innovate your Core Offering (x3 sessions)
3. Accelerating Impact
4. Be visible, be influential

Re-emerge as the Business owner you went into business to be.

This Programme can be completed in 2 ways:

• Over 6 months – one 2hr module a month
• A 3 week Intensive. The SIE Programme is completed over three weeks and has a number of bonuses included

Module One – Re-Emergence Strategy

This module helps you to assess your current situation, diagnose and strategise to achieve the results you want.

Modules Two, Three and Four –  Innovate your Core Offering 

We will analyse what you do and innovate. This module enables a deep dive into the foundation of what you do, and looks t how your offering can be positioned.

Module Five – Accelerating your income 

This module enables you to apply your GC Index Profile to your strategy and core offering. We will Strategise, Innovate and Execute on your core offering. 

Module Six – Be visible, influential

This module helps you develop a Visibility Strategy and an Implementation Plan
