I've had the pleasure of working with Jude over the last six months as part of a personal development programme she ran on behalf of my employer, called the Future Leaders Programme. This was designed to develop the leadership skills of a cohort of senior managers.

Jude acted as a personal mentor and coach, helping me to think about work challenges differently, develop new and different approaches to dealing with them, and helped me to understand and come to terms with some emotional damage caused by previous employers that was affecting my approach to work. The programme taught me a lot and as a result I'm thinking differently, understand what drives me better, and have gained confidence in my ability to operate at a senior level.

Jude is a brilliant coach and mentor, she's great fun to talk to but she does the serious stuff brilliantly too. She'd forensic in helping you get to the core of an issue without ever interrogating. She's great at helping you come to your own conclusions rather than just giving you the answers. She is hugely knowledgeable about her areas of interest and draws from all manner of sources for little nuggets you can use.
